a lovely hotel experience

the hotel provided constant hot water, a real treat after a long day exploring. free parking was available, such a relief in a busy area. the location was also really central, near many places i wanted to see. staff gave a warm welcome.
the shower pressure wasn't quite strong enough for a quick hair wash, it was a slight inconvenience.

although i didn't eat at the hotel, several restaurants were a very short walk away, a convenient setup for any meal. i noticed various cuisines, meaning easy access to dining options. this made my evenings simple.

the reception staff showed a friendly and helpful attitude upon arrival. they were very clear with directions and provided useful information when i asked about the area. i think good service made all the difference.

The exterior looked quite run down. paint was peeling, and the window boxes seemed neglected. the tower fan in the room was also full of dust. it wasn't usable, a big issue as i needed it and have asthma. traffic noise from the main road was also a problem. Sleep was difficult.
